The reviews are in…
“Bill Parisi has an incredible passion for understanding the scientific research surrounding sports performance training, and then being able to synthesize the research and communicate it in a straightforward manner for the reader. In Fascia Training, Bill re-examines traditional concepts through the lens of new research, with important practical applications for coaches and athletes.”

Dr. Ken Clark
Associate Professor of Biomechanics and Sprints Coach, West Chester University of PA
“New science is being discovered and we as NFL Strength Coaches are fortunate to have people like Parisi who help to provide this information and resources to our group in a way that is useful and can be immediately applied to our programming.”

Josh Hingst
NFL Strength and Conditioning Coach
“The information is cutting edge and something every coach at every level should be aware of to help prevent injury and improve performance.”

Mark Lovat
NFL Strength and Conditioning Assistant
“Practical and in a style/language that coaches and performance staff can easily grasp. Covers a lot of topics related to fascia and the collagen matrix as it applies to human performance and sport training. A great synopsis to spur further reading and study. The conversational style makes it very user friendly and can be used to parse sections for additional or re-reading purposes.”

Dan Pfaff
Olympic Track and Field Coach
“Bill connected some difficult dots on the science and application of fascia training. Blending the world of research, science and athlete tested application on a topic as novel as how to optimally train fascia was no small feat, but Bill did it — and in an entertaining way at that.”

Dr. John Rusin
America’s Top 50 Health & Fitness Expert
“In the pursuit of demystifying fascia and its importance for human performance, this book captures the compelling stories and personalities of each expert and their individual journey towards mastery. As one of the people interviewed, I can declare that Bill pulled stories out of me that I had either forgotten or would never think to tell. That is the magic of Parisi and his disarming style. A warm personality who is very likeable and engaging, he simply massages the stories out of you, then shares his own insights along the way in a charming “New Joisy” style. I love this book.”

Dr. Stuart McGill
Distinguished Professor Emeritus, University of Waterloo
“It would be difficult to overstate the impact that this course is having on my views of human movement patterns, the role of the fascia system, and client programming. The gross anatomy identification and observation alone was worth the investment, not to mention the intellectual horsepower and contributions of Dr. Thomas Findley and the expert dissection technique of Todd Garcia as we explored the fascia system in great detail. All three leaders (Parisi, Garcia, Findley) worked with our small group (12 participants) to flex the schedule to accommodate the varied knowledge/experience levels of our group, as well as our areas of interest (body regions and specific joints, for example). There was ample time for Q&A and discussion on a variety of topics. Not only do I recommend the course with no reservations, but I also plan on attending a future offering of this course to continue my exploration of human anatomy, movement, and the fascia system.”
