Daniela Meinl has founded INTEGRAL FASCIAL YOGA and is a leading expert on the topic of the integration of fascia training into Yoga, Pilates and Fitness and has led teacher trainings worldwide for many years.
She has been a co-director of the Germany-based Fascial Fitness Association that played a fundamental role in the development and education of Fascia Training.
Her first book “The comprehensive Guide on Fascial Yoga” is currently being translated from German to English and will be available soon.

Divo is a pioneer in innovative movement programs, author of several books, numerous articles and DVDs. Her last book is available in English: ‘Train your fascia-tone your body’. As a core member of an international group of sport scientists, fitness coaches and movement therapists, supervised by the Fascia Research Group Germany (Robert Schleip PhD), she translates the actual findings of fascia research into specific training programs for the connective tissues: ‚Fascial Fitness’ (FF) and the Fascial Pelvic Floor Training (FPT) Divo is the director of the Somatics Academy Munich and successfully teaches Courses and Trainings worldwide as well as here.
Founder, Tracey Mellor Pilates
Tracey Mellor NPCT, has been teaching Pilates since 2003 and successfully owns and runs a Private Pilates studio in West Sussex.
Tracey is also a yoga teacher (RYT 500) graduating from the Art of Contemporary Yoga School in 2010. She practices and teaches meditation (RYT200) and believes that building awareness of self is very important in maintaining a healthy mind and body.
Tracey was introduced to the ‘world of Fascia’ by Joanne Avison in 2005 and since then she has embraced the study of fascial anatomy, human dissection, exercise and movement research by attending Summer Schools at Ulm University, international Fascia conferences in Europe , U.S.A and Canada and many many workshops with the pioneers of this new branch of science. She is a founding member of the Fascia Research Society and in 2012 was invited by Dr. Robert Schleip to be a Fascial Fitness trainer in the UK. Completing the Master training in 2016.
Tracey is part of the Fascial Net Plastination Project, working along-side, Carla Stecco, Robert Schleip, Gil Hedley and John Sharkey as part of an international team of talented fascial anatomists, medical practitioners, movement and manual therapists and teachers. The successful outcomes, the fascial tissue plastinates, are now being exhibited around the world. The project continues and will hopefully exhibit a full fascial body plastinate at the Fascial Research congress in Montreal in 2021.

Jennifer Tubbs, PT, has over 30 years of experience in physical therapy practice; her emphasis is on utilizing manual and exercise techniques for the treatment of fascia. She has a private practice in Livermore, Ca. located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
A Pilates instructor since 2004, she incorporates Pilates into her treatment and training programs. Jennifer became a Fascial Fitness Master Trainer upon completion of an instructional program in Germany. She has subsequently studied with leading fascia experts in the US and abroad, incorporating this knowledge of fascial treatment and training into her practice.
She teaches workshops in Fascial Fitness, Fascial Walking, and Fascial Pilates in addition to weekly Fascial Stretch classes. Jennifer has a strong belief that the treatment and training of fascia is an essential component of wellness.
