First, please make sure you’ve joined the private Community to access the student Chat Room. This course is delivered in live weekly lessons on Zoom. Weekly calls are held every Tuesday at 11:30am Eastern Time (US), except where otherwise noted. Recordings will be posted in the lessons below after each live call.

Whether you attend the call live or watch the recording, you must complete each lesson as well as the following quiz. Upon completion of all lessons, your Fascial Fitness Trainer Certificate will be automatically generated and available for download.
Please Note: You must complete the Prep Course before beginning the Certification. All lessons in the Prep Course must be marked complete. The Prep Course will then show as “Complete” in your Account Dashboard.
