Tracey is also a yoga teacher (RYT 500) graduating from the Art of Contemporary Yoga School in 2010. She practices and teaches meditation (RYT200) and believes that building awareness of self is very important in maintaining a healthy mind and body.
Tracey was introduced to the ‘world of Fascia’ by Joanne Avison in 2005 and since then she has embraced the study of fascial anatomy, human dissection, exercise and movement research by attending Summer Schools at Ulm University, international Fascia conferences in Europe , U.S.A and Canada and many many workshops with the pioneers of this new branch of science. She is a founding member of the Fascia Research Society and in 2012 was invited by Dr. Robert Schleip to be a Fascial Fitness trainer in the UK. Completing the Master training in 2016.
Tracey is part of the Fascial Net Plastination Project, working along-side, Carla Stecco, Robert Schleip, Gil Hedley and John Sharkey as part of an international team of talented fascial anatomists, medical practitioners, movement and manual therapists and teachers. The successful outcomes, the fascial tissue plastinates, are now being exhibited around the world. The project continues and will hopefully exhibit a full fascial body plastinate at the Fascial Research congress in Montreal in 2021.
