The ability to generate a rhythmic balance between muscular activation and momentum cultivates elastic rebound in fascia and motion. This class integrates fascia training with dance to discover fascia’s capacity to create springy movement and flow.
Materials: mat, 1 – 2 inch ball, 1 – 2 pound hand weight, 6 – 8-inch soft ball, blanket.
